Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino has officially opened The Westerly, a boutique-style oceanfront tower on Palm Beach, bringing a more intimate guest experience to the 15-acre property.
“Hilton has a long-standing legacy of creating exceptional stays in the world’s most sought-after destinations, and the opening of The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino represents an exciting addition to our portfolio,” said Chris Nassetta, president and CEO, Hilton, in a press statement. “This debut reflects our continued focus on delivering elevated, experience-driven hospitality for today’s traveler, while building on the strength and momentum of our growth across the Caribbean and Latin America.”
Hilton High-Rise
Named for the island’s east-to-west trade winds, The Westerly has 161 guestrooms and suites that include balconies; select accommodations offer oceanfront terraces and adults-only swim-up access. Guests check in privately with dedicated concierge service and priority access to eforea spa treatments and enhanced beach and pool experiences. Guestroom amenities include the Best Rest Bar—sleep masks, calming pillow spray, locally inspired products and personalized touches. Access to Terrace on 10 is available as an add-on; the adults-only rooftop features panoramic ocean views, locally inspired cuisine, crafted cocktails and daytime wellness programming such as Pilates and guided breathwork that transitions to live entertainment in the evenings.
Beyond The Westerly, Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino—the first luxury resort built on the island—offers 358 additional guestrooms and suites, the recently renovated eforea spa with cold plunge pools and eight dining outlets. The new Shore Club restaurant delivers beachfront dining with internationally inspired cuisine and signature cocktails; its rooftop overlooks Palm Beach and the Caribbean Sea. Sunset Bar is home to the original “Aruba Ariba” cocktail, and Sunset Grille serves as the resort’s signature restaurant and prime steakhouse.
The property is the only resort on Aruba with three distinct rooftop experiences: Terrace on 10, Shore Club’s rooftop and the Palm Beach Club. A Las Vegas-style casino with a live poker room is also on-site.
