Michelin Star Chef Joins Sea Cloud Spirit for Fall 2024

Chef Michael Collantes will serve as a guest chef aboard Sea Cloud Spirit.

Sea Cloud Cruises has welcomed Chef Michael Collantes to serve as a guest chef aboard Sea Cloud Spirit for its fall 2024 Mediterranean voyage. Collantes is the head chef and owner of Soseki, a one Michelin star modern omakase restaurant located in his hometown of Winter Park, FL. He is also chef/owner of Sushi Saint, Central Florida’s first handroll bar experience, soon opening a New York outpost. Collantes will share his skilled culinary craft and storytelling on the fleet’s newest and largest sailing yacht Nice to Barcelona Oct. 5-12, 2024.

The 7-night voyage exploring boutique ports of the Mediterranean will feature: Nice/Frances, day under full sails, Calvi/Corsica, Bastia/Corsica, Sanremo/Italy, Marseille/France, Palamos/Spain and Barcelona/Spain. The new cocktails capture the essence of the region, with a combination of tropical, fruity and savory elements in each drink, creating a pan-Latin sensory experience. Check them out:

  • Costa Pacifica: Eucalyptus-infused reposado tequila, creme de banana, lemon, honey.
