Hammock Cove Antigua, part of Elite Island Resorts, will welcome Golden Goat Caviar for the first Hammock Cove Antigua Golden Goat Caviar Pop-Up Weekend, set for Thursday, May 7, through Sunday, May 10, 2026. The collaboration marks the Antigua debut of the premium caviar brand and aligns with Antigua Culinary Month, an islandwide event dedicated to showcasing the region’s culinary talent and diversity.

“I’ve followed Golden Goat Caviar from its early days as an invite-only membership club to its role in leading the ‘caviar on everything’ movement—from celebrity weddings to headline-grabbing creations like the $100 Caviar Hotdog at the Miami Open,” said Kari Tarnowski, Chief Commercial Officer of Elite Island Resorts, in a press statement. “Golden Goat Caviar is a perfect partner for Hammock Cove Antigua to celebrate Culinary Month, and I look forward to our guests enjoying the playful decadence of caviar at Hammock Cove.”

Antigua is for Foodies

Throughout the 4-day event, your clients will experience caviar-driven dining prepared in partnership with Hammock Cove’s culinary team, led by Michelin-trained Chef Marco Festini Cromer. Activities combine structured dining with casual gatherings, positioning Golden Goat Caviar as both refined and accessible.

The lineup includes the Golden Goat Caviar Pop-Up at Irina’s Bistro, featuring a series of dishes paired with fine beverages; the Billionaire Burger Box and Hot Dog Beach Party, which bring an elevated take on seaside comfort food; and a 7-course dinner at Lighthouse Restaurant, with caviar featured in each course. Additional highlights include the inaugural Bumps on the Beach Champagne & Caviar experience and the Golden Goat Bagel breakfast, integrating caviar into the morning menu.

Set against Hammock Cove Antigua’s intimate setting—limited to 102 guests across luxury villas—the weekend leverages the resort’s three-tier pool, protected cove and white-sand beach.

Of note: Antigua Culinary Month runs throughout May and features tasting events, local showcases and chef-led programs around the island. To celebrate, Hammock Cove Antigua is offering $500 in instant savings for bookings made by Mar. 31, 2026, for May travel.
