Azamara Cruises has unveiled a new dedicated resource for travel advisors—the Anything Azamara hotline—as part of the cruise line’s broader initiative to strengthen trade partnerships and simplify the advisor experience.
Azamara developed the hotline in response to feedback from a recent trade survey. The goal: to offer advisors direct, one-on-one support and an easier path to selling Azamara’s product portfolio.
Simplifying the Advisor Experience
“We’re committed to listening and acting on what our travel partners need most,” said Michelle Lardizabal, Chief Sales Officer of North America at Azamara, in a media statement. “Anything Azamara is more than a phone number—it’s a promise that every new advisor joining our community has a direct line to personalized support and partnership from day one.”
The hotline connects new-to-Azamara agencies and advisors with a trained contact center team that provides hands-on assistance with first-time bookings, system navigation, itinerary details and connecting with sales representatives.
Advisors receive a welcome email and step-by-step guidance through the registration process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The new resource is one of several enhancements rolling out across Azamara’s trade program, including:
- New AWA Chapters Coming in 2026, expanding the Azamara World Academy training and certification platform.
- Enhanced Product and RezA Training to build confidence in selling Azamara’s small-ship, destination-focused experiences.
- New Destination Guides featuring deck plans, brand insights, and detailed destination information.

The launch follows a period of steady growth in Azamara’s trade relationships, with 500 first-time bookings from new agency partners and more than 800 new registrations from advisors eager to sell the brand’s immersive itineraries.
