The blue-footed boobies of the Galapagos Islands are in for some eye candy with the arrival of Aqua Expedition’s newest member, the Aqua Mare. The line’s first superyacht is headed to Darwin’s favorite playground, offering your clients a choice of two highly personalized seven-night itineraries exploring the archipelago’s eastern and western regions, as well as two 14-night voyages.

Of note: the vessel only offers seven suites for up to 16 guests, meaning the trips are a perfect fit for your ultra-luxury-loving clients who crave adventure on the high seas. Aqua Mare’s suites range from 215 sq. ft. to the 861-sq.-ft. Owner’s Suite, which comes with a 215-sq.-ft. bathroom. Crew-to-guest ratio is one-to-one, consistent with the Aqua Expeditions brand. The ship also has two naturalist guides onboard to help your clients make the best of their experience.

The 164-ft. ship has a six-person jacuzzi, outdoor barbecue area and workout zone, and shaded and open sun decks. A fave hangout space will most definitely be the Beach Club with its hydraulic opening panoramic beam-to-beam window.

Adventuresome foodies will want to know Aqua Expeditions once again tapped award-winning Peruvian chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino to create the menu for the new superyacht, which leans on Peruvian Japanese Nikkei inspiration made with the freshest sustainable ingredients sourced from local suppliers all the way to the Andes of Ecuador. Yes, it’s everything you probably imagine it is.

Twice-daily expeditions with the naturalist guides go out on custom-made, military-grade black rib tenders; each group is capped at only eight guests. Travelers also have access to double kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear.

Aqua Mare will head out on 7-day itineraries that include all meals and beverages (non-alcoholic, premium wines and beer); local transfers to/from recommended flights; all excursions; Galapagos Park entrance fees and INGALA transit card; laundry service and internet. A 7-night charter for up to 16 passengers is also available, including house spirits and a private masseuse for five hours per day.
