These new and newly reimagined hotels in Florida are bound to pique your clients’ interest, offering elevated experiences, fresh designs and compelling reasons to visit the Sunshine State.

Andaz Makes Its Florida Debut

Hyatt has officially opened Andaz Miami Beach. The 287-room property features 64 suites, each with ocean or skyline views, private terraces and modern decor. In keeping with the Andaz ethos, the hotel has no front desk; instead, guests are greeted in the hotel’s lobby with a signature cocktail.

Many suites offer connecting rooms, dining nooks and soaking tubs for added flexibility and comfort. Outside, two heated pools with ten private cabanas and a private beachfront provide guests with plenty of space to unwind. Culinary offerings are a highlight, curated by the Jose Andres Group. Aguasal, the resort’s main restaurant, brings Mediterranean flavors with all-day dining. Bar Centro serves tapas-style plates and craft cocktails, while The Bazaar by José Andrés is slated to open in 2026.

For wellness seekers, the new Ondara Spa offers treatments using Obagi products. Advisors can also offer clients exclusive access to the property’s upcoming members-only beach club, housed in a restored 1930s beach house, set to debut later this summer.

Reservations Now Open for Naples Beach Club

You can now book clients at the new Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, opening in October 2025. Situated on 1,000 feet of beachfront property in Naples, this marks the first and only Four Seasons on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Rising on the former site of the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, the new resort is part of a 125-acre master-planned community that includes private residences, a newly designed 18-hole Tom Fazio golf course (set to debut in 2026) and Market Square, a hub of entertainment, retail and dining venues.

The new hotel will include a full-service spa, racquet sports facilities and two swimming pools with private cabanas. For culinary-minded clients, the highlight is The Merchant Room by two-time James Beard Award winner Gavin Kaysen—his first restaurant outside of the Midwest.

Market Square offers a wide variety of attractions for all ages. These include a four-lane bowling alley, a plush screening room, the Naples Trading Company for grab-and-go fare, a supervised kids’ club and the upcoming Wager sports gastropub (opening in 2026). The 30,000-square-foot Sanctuary Spa features a thermal circuit and rooftop lap pool. Guests can expect fun in the sun with water sports, beach games and private Hinckley boat cruises at sunset.
