The Sunshine Hotel & Suites in Grand Cayman has completed a full property renovation, updating its suites, adding a new fitness studio and redesigning its Sunshine Grill restaurant. The all-suites boutique property sits near the island’s dining and entertainment scene, and guests have access to a sister property on Seven Mile Beach, including its beach, pool and loungers.
The renovation touched all 132 suites, giving them a coastal look paired with updated furnishings and finishes. The hotel has since added Sunshine Fit, a 24/7 fitness studio, along with a remodeled Sunshine Grill that now includes an air-conditioned indoor dining room and a garden seating area outdoors. The restaurant has long been a fixture of the island’s dining scene, and its menu includes fish tacos, signature cocktails and local dishes with a creative twist.
