Seabourn will send Seabourn Quest on a new 30-day Amazon Explorer: Rivers & Rainforests voyage, sailing roundtrip from Miami from Nov. 18 to Dec. 18, 2028, and visiting 15 destinations across seven countries. The itinerary is part of Seabourn’s Ruby Jubilee year, marking the line’s 40th anniversary.

Luxury Adventures in the Amazon
The route moves from Miami through the Caribbean before entering the Amazon River, a progression from island stops to one of the world’s largest waterways. An overnight stay in Manaus, a historic city surrounded by rainforest and long regarded as a gateway to the Amazon, gives guests extended time to see the city’s architecture, markets and waterfront. Additional calls include Santarem, near the meeting point of the Amazon and Tapajos rivers, where sediment-rich brown water and clear blue-green water flow side by side before blending; Boca da Valeria, a small riverside community; Parintins; Devil’s Island in French Guiana, known for its history and remote setting; and Caribbean stops in Saint Barthelemy, Trinidad and Grenada.
The Amazon sailing opens a season of extended travel for Seabourn Quest. The ship will depart on two 10-day Caribbean holiday voyages before leaving Miami on Jan. 7, 2029, for its 138-day World Cruise: Iconic Islands & Remote Horizons.
