Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is scheduled to welcome its first guests in spring 2027, with reservations now open for stays beginning April 1, 2027. The 155-room hotel looks over Campos Eliseos in Polanco, one of the capital’s swankiest neighborhoods, and overlooks Chapultepec Park, one of the largest urban green spaces in the Americas.

The property includes 155 guestrooms and 38 suites, including a Two-Bedroom Presidential Suite. More than 8,500 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom and an open-air terrace, is designed for corporate gatherings, weddings and social events. A rooftop pool and Tezca Spa round out the amenities, with treatments rooted in pre-Hispanic tradition.
Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, the Mexican firm founded in 1937 and now led by its third generation, designed the hotel’s interiors, which incorporate a rotating collection of Mexican artwork. Sordo Madaleno by SOMA designed the broader 30-story tower, which also houses Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco Residences. The 27 private residences are located on the 19th floor and above across six distinct layouts. Art throughout the property is curated by Arte Abierto, a nonprofit founded by SOMA to foster artistic dialogue nationally, and includes works by Mexican artists Damian Ortega and Michelle Aubert, among others.
Four indoor and outdoor dining venues anchor the culinary offering: a specialty restaurant, an all-day dining venue, a modern Mexican concept and cocktail bars centered on agave-forward drinks. Each venue’s menu draws on regional Mexican flavors.
The hotel is within walking distance of Michelin-recognized restaurants, the National Museum of Anthropology, Museo Tamayo, Museo Soumaya and Avenida Presidente Masaryk, Mexico’s premier luxury retail corridor. Its position on Chapultepec Park gives guests direct access to the park’s trails, lake and museums, as well as proximity to the National Auditorium, one of Latin America’s leading venues for music and cultural events.
