Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is expanding its seasonal offerings this year with the launch of Kandy’s Sweetacular Celebration, a new family-friendly Halloween event that debuted this month.
Designed to appeal to younger children and multi-generational groups, the experience features fall fun and not-so-spooky activities such as costume parades, trick-or-treating, story time and autumn-themed photo opportunities. Running on select dates through October, the event is included with park admission, giving you another reason to position Busch Gardens as a fall getaway option for clients.
Fall Fun for Families
“Sweetacular is a great family-friendly event during September and October,” said Brian Bacica, Park President of Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, in a media statement. “Unforgettable memories await around every corner. There are many exciting activities and experiences, making it the perfect opportunity for guests of all ages to enjoy.”
Sweetacular is inspired by some of Busch Gardens’ best-loved Halloween events. Guests can look forward to frightfully fun activities such as trick-or-treat stations, costume parades, Taffy Twist’s Black Cat Dance Party and storytime. Other events include:
- Sesame Street Safari of Fun Halloween: Sesame Street friends will be dressed in their Halloween costumes. There’s a Sesame Street-themed Halloween show and dance party, Halloween Storytime, a bat-themed scavenger hunt and festive photo opportunities.
- Kid-friendly Halloween Photo Spots: Located on the Festival Walkway and in Jungala, fall photo spots offer picturesque backdrops for guests.
Guests can enjoy a full year of fun at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay with a 2026 Fun Card. For a limited time, guests can enjoy unlimited visits in 2026 for the price of a single-day ticket. Additionally, by purchasing now, guests can enjoy unlimited admission for the remainder of 2025 at no extra cost and receive one complimentary meal per Fun Card, valid for a meal with an accompanying side at a Busch Gardens Tampa Bay restaurant.
