Le Boat has revealed plans to launch a fleet of eight luxury Horizon Cruisers on Canada’s Trent Severn Waterway for 2024, with cruises now on sale for the 2024 boating season.
“We cannot wait for May 2024 when we open our next Canadian Base on the Historical Trent Severn Waterway at Horseshoe Bay Marina,” said Lisa McLean, North American marketing manager and head of Canada Development, in a press statement. “Our customers have been asking when we will be offering luxury boat rental vacation on the Trent Severn Waterway, and [they] will be in awe of the beautiful Ontario landscapes and pristine waterways as they experience the famous Lift Locks in Peterborough and cruise Kawartha Lakes Region.”
Le Boat predicts that their newest cruising ground will attract new customers from the Greater Toronto area, Quebec and the United States, as well as their current base of international travelers from Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Australia and South Africa.

Le Boat’s fleet of eight premier Horizon Cruisers range in size from 2-4 bedrooms, and will offer several suggested cruise routes from their new base located at Horseshoe Bay Marina, in Peterborough, Ont.
Clients can choose a 3- to 6-night short break or a 7- to 10+-night vacation wherein they will eat, sleep and live aboard Le Boat’s luxury houseboat while steering themselves along picturesque waterways. No boat license or prior boating experience is required. The experienced Le Boat Base Team provides training to allow passengers to captain the boat themselves.
