The new EAST, Miami hotel is expected to open winter of 2015 at Brickell City Centre, marking it the first EAST property in the United States and the third under the EAST brand.
The new 52-guestroom property includes eight suites and 89 long-stay 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences with a kitchen, laundry facilities and access to the amenities and services of the hotel. All rooms, suites and residences feature balconies, contemporary interiors, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Miami and Biscayne Bay.
