Lopesan Hotel Group has officially opened three all-inclusive resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic: Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort Spa & Casino, Lopesan Serenity Bay Spa & Casino and Lopesan Splash Cove Spa & Casino.

The $350 million expansion adds more than 1,000 guestrooms to the company’s portfolio and complements the existing Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort Spa & Casino.

Designed as a connected resort complex, the new properties allow guests to enjoy different vacation styles while sharing access to a centralized entertainment district, diverse dining options and resort amenities.

“This expansion marks a defining moment for Lopesan Hotel Group in the Caribbean and reflects our continued investment in Punta Cana as one of the region’s most important luxury travel destinations,” said Carlos Jimenez, Lopesan Caribbean Regional Director, in a media statement. “We are incredibly proud to officially welcome our first guests and introduce a connected resort experience that brings a new perspective to the modern all-inclusive.”

Three Distinct Experiences for Different Travelers

Lopesan Caoba Lagoon is the largest of the three additions, offering 554 guestrooms centered around a lagoon-style pool inspired by natural cenotes and waterfalls.

For couples and adults seeking a quieter escape, Lopesan Serenity Bay offers 239 guestrooms in an adults-only setting with exclusive restaurants, pools and wellness-focused spaces, while still providing access to the wider resort complex.

Families can opt for Lopesan Splash Cove, a 242-room resort featuring a wave pool, water park attractions, sports activities and entertainment designed for multigenerational vacations.

Connecting all three resorts is The Boulevard, an open-air promenade featuring restaurants, bars, nightlife venues, shopping, an 820-seat theater and a casino.

Beyond expanding its accommodations, the project is expected to create more than 1,100 jobs once fully operational. The three new resorts are also pursuing the same AAA Four Diamond recognition earned by Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort Spa & Casino.
