At Journeys Italy 2026, the appointment schedule shares space with a racetrack, a longevity clinic and a cooking school. Set for Nov. 15-18 in Emilia-Romagna, the boutique luxury trade event will match up to 40 travel advisors from North America, Europe and Asia with 35 Italian luxury suppliers, and the region itself is built into nearly every hour of the agenda.
Meet and Greet at Journeys Italy
That approach is the core of Journeys’ Fam-Meet format, which pairs one-to-one meetings with experiences delegates share on the ground. This year the program moves between Castrocaro Terme and Imola, with Lucia Magnani Health Clinic serving as host hotel. The supplier side ranges from experience curators to boutique hotels and hospitality brands. Journeys says advisors at the previous edition represented $308 million in combined buying power, and that attending suppliers reported an average sevenfold return on investment.
Wellness sets the tone early. Arrival day on Sunday, Nov. 15, brings optional treatments at the clinic and an informal Longlife dinner. Monday opens with optional yoga, cycling and aquagym before the first round of meetings. The afternoon turns to the Km 0 Culinary Experience, an introduction to Emilia-Romagna producers and food traditions, followed by sessions on nutrition, posture and the clinic’s Longlife Formula and a Longlife dinner hosted by Chef Cracco to close the day.
Tuesday trades the spa for the paddock. Modenatur, the event’s partner DMO and DMC, joins IF – Imola Faenza to welcome delegates to Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, where a private track tour covers the circuit’s facilities and lunch is served on site. Meetings continue around both.
The final stop is Casa Artusi, the center devoted to Pellegrino Artusi and Italian home cooking. Delegates tour the space and roll up their sleeves for a hands-on cappelletti masterclass ahead of a closing dinner sponsored by the region. Departures follow on Wednesday.
The setting gives suppliers plenty to work with. Emilia-Romagna counts 11 cities of art along with numerous historic villages, and its tourism board promotes the region through themes that include food, motorsports and spa and wellness.
