Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is looking to its Japanese roots and the philosophy of Shiawase for its latest programs centering around this celebration of happiness and well-being. The first two months of 2024 will be dedicated to self-care experiences that range from an exclusive art exhibit by David Aiu Servan-Schreiber to specialty meals and cocktails and a bespoke overnight package.
Nobu’s Shiawase Concept
The Shiawase Overnight Stay Package is a 2-night stay with a Nobu Pilates class that fuses classic Pilates with dynamic techniques, a Detox Bento Box created by Chef Michael and a selection of Everleaf mocktails. This immersion in Shiawase is available through Jan. 31, 2024.
The Detox Bento Box is available at lunchtime and is a perfect après-Pilates treat. It features a beautifully laid-out display of energy-rich, high-quality bites, including a selection of sushi and nigiri, a dragon fruit ceviche, vegetable spicy garlic donburi, grilled chicken with goma dressing and spinach dry miso. For dessert, a mix of seasonal berries with coconut and lime sorbet. Adherents of Dry January will enjoy any or all of the three non-alcoholic drinks created in partnership with Everleaf: The Classic, a combination of Everleaf Mountain, house-made strawberry soda, Umami Tide, which combines Everleaf Marine, salted plum and soya milk, and No Old Fashioned made with Everleaf Forest, mushroom and shiso.
The soul part of the mind, body, and soul rejuvenation will be found in David Aiu Servan-Schreiber’s ‘Renewal’ exhibition that has taken residence in the WhiteBox space. This exhibition “explores humanity and nature’s delicate balance and reflects the environment’s complexities” using upcycled materials.
