The new hotel brand, Triumph Hotels, is composed of six distinct properties—The Iroquois New York, Hotel Chandler, Hotel Belleclaire, The Cosmopolitan, The Gershwin, and The Washington Jefferson.
Triumph will introduce a number of initiatives and programs in the coming year to enhance the guest experience, including a brand loyalty program, rewarding guests for stays at any of the properties; growing the number of packages and promotions to be offered brand-wide; and increasing the amount of meeting and event spaces.
“Triumph Hotels is distinguishing itself in a saturated Manhattan hotel market by focusing on the guest experience and sense of place within the neighborhoods of each of our hotels,” says Gerald Barad, co-owner. “With six properties located throughout Manhattan, from the Upper West Side to Midtown to TriBeCa, agents will find that whether they are booking a seasoned corporate client or families visiting New York City for the first time, there is a Triumph property that will suit their needs. No matter which Triumph Hotel an agent books, their clients can look forward to comfortable, classic design within historical buildings, unique restaurants and lounges, and most importantly, exceptional service that is consistent and friendly.”
Celebrating the brand launch, each Triumph boutique hotel is offering a Key to New York City package where guests unlock the best of a distinctly New York experience in one of six Manhattan neighborhoods when they book a 3-night stay.
