“This is a pivotal moment for Trevello as we bring our proven expertise and commitment to advisor success into the world’s largest travel market,” said Morris Chia, Founder and CEO of Trevello World Holdings, in a press statement. “GTN’s stellar reputation in the luxury sector and dedication to fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial community make them the perfect partner to accelerate our growth strategy.”

Expansion into Luxury Travel

GTN, recognized for its emphasis on professional development and support for luxury travel advisors, will continue operating under its established brand as a division of Trevello World Holdings. The partnership allows GTN to maintain its focus on delivering exceptional luxury travel experiences while leveraging Trevello’s extensive market knowledge and supplier relationships.

“GTN’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence align seamlessly with Trevello’s vision for empowering advisors,” said GTN Co-Founder and CEO Jen Cochrane, in a press statement. “This collaboration strengthens the foundations we’ve each built and positions us to become a transformative force in the travel industry.”

Under the acquisition, Cochrane will remain CEO of GTN, while Chia will oversee Trevello’s expansion into the U.S., alongside Trevello World Holdings Co-Founder and COO Zeina Gedeon, who currently leads operations for Trevello Canada.

Cochrane and GTN Co-Founder Meredith Calloway will also become shareholders in Trevello World Holdings, further solidifying their roles in the company’s future.

A Focus on Advisor Empowerment

Both Trevello and GTN share a commitment to supporting travel advisors through professional development, entrepreneurial guidance and fostering community. The acquisition enhances opportunities for advisors by expanding resources and creating a more robust platform for success.

“We are committed to developing a sustainable and rewarding future for travel advisors,” added Chia. “With the acquisition of GTN, we’re taking the first step toward reimagining what success looks like in this industry.”
