Then it’s off to the elegant Scotch Whisky Bar at the historic Balmoral Hotel with over 500 malt choices. Next up it’s a stop at the small, independent shop Jeffrey Street Whisky and Tobacco where they can family whiskies and shop from a collection of rare and limited whiskies they can bring home. Finally, it’s off to the Whiski Room, a Scottish restaurant which offers stunning views of Edinburgh, over 500 whisky options, plus tasting and pairing events such as Whisky and Chocolate or Whisky and Cheese. On the last day of the trip, travelers will experience Cadenhead—the oldest independent whisky bottler in Scotland.
