Jamaica is on a roll with new flights from the U.S. on Frontier Airlines. The most recent addition—a thrice-weekly non-stop service from Denver—received the iconic water salute upon arrival to Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport (MBJ) from the airport’s emergency response firefighting unit, as well as a special welcome from Jamaica Tourist Board Representatives, who joined the pilots and crew during the welcome reception.

“I am pleased to welcome this new service from Frontier as we continue to grow our partnership together,” said Hon. Edmund Bartlett, Minister of Tourism, in a press statement. “It has been a banner week for Jamaica and the airline with our launches in St. Louis, Chicago, and Denver. It is a testament both to our strong partnership and the continued strong interest in Jamaica as a destination for U.S. travelers.”

Jamaica Adds Three New Flights

The new flight is the only non-stop service from the Denver market, which opens up the region for your clients who call it home. In addition to the new Denver-to-Montego flight, Frontier Airlines has a thrice-weekly nonstop from St. Louis and a once-weekly nonstop from Chicago. The airline, however, has no plans of stopping there. In May, Frontier expects to launch new service from Dallas, bringing the total number of gateways to Jamaica to nine.
