Beach Enclave launches its second phase, Beach Enclave Long Bay, which offers three new villa rental opportunities in Turks and Caicos starting this November.

On the island of Providenciales, the new Long Bay Villas offers guests five custom-designed luxury properties located at the East end of the bay, including the three, new, soon-to-open Beach Enclave Long Bay Villas. The property offers two villa designs with over 7,500 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor space with 5-, 6-, and 7-bedroom homes. The two larger villas feature five bedrooms in the main house, each with a separate Garden Cottage featuring a 1- and 2-bedroom suite respectively. All three villas feature an outdoor kitchen, an infinity pool, a fire pit, and a beach deck with an outdoor shower. The smaller villa features a media room. Villas include housekeeping, a private chef and butler, who can serve as a personal concierge with requests made from an iPad or arranged in advance such as a fridge full of meal options, a personal training session at the fitness center, a yoga lesson on the Yoga Deck, or paddle boards for the kids.

Long Bay offers guests kiteboarding, and has partnered with Kite Provo, which provides guests with a Bluetooth-equipped helmet that allows them to learn while in the water as they listen to the instructor speaking to them from the shoreline. Kite Provo also offers guided stand-up paddle board mangrove tours.

In addition, Beach Enclave Grace Bay, which will offer 10 villas, broke ground this past February and will open for rentals in 2019.

Rates start at $4,400 based on 10 guests sharing for a minimum of three nights. For more information, visit beachenclave.com. For more on luxury travel in the Caribbean, don’t miss “Trending Now in Luxury Travel in the Caribbean.”
