Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will once again host its Food, Wine & Garden Festival, returning on weekends through May 10, 2026. Held on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, the annual festival allows guests to sample a wide range of international dishes, wines, craft beers and cocktails while enjoying the park’s rides and attractions.
New for 2026, the event will introduce garden installations inspired by wildlife, including themed topiaries and plant sculptures designed to reflect animals found throughout the park. The festival will also feature 20 live concert performances, all included with regular park admission.
Global Flavors and Weekend Concerts
The event will feature more than 65 food and beverage items, with a mix of new menu additions and returning guest favorites. Among the new dishes are Red Wine-Braised Short Rib and Herb-Crusted Lamb Steak, while returning items include the Cajun Lobster Roll and Smoked Chicken & White Cheddar Mac & Cheese.
Guests can purchase a Sampler Lanyard, which allows multiple food and beverage tastings at festival locations throughout the park. The lanyard is available for purchase online or onsite and offers additional value for passholders.
Live entertainment is a central component of the festival, with concerts scheduled every weekend during the event. The lineup includes a mix of country, rock, pop and Latin artists. Concert admission is included with park entry, while guests seeking premium seating can purchase VIP packages.
