Avanti Destinations has released a new 200-page printed reference guide for European travel, designed to help travel advisors sell customizable independent vacations across 26 European countries.
The guide highlights European vacation packages, hotels and resorts, sightseeing tours, transfers and experiences that advisors can combine into tailored itineraries for FIT travelers. It is the latest in a series of printed reference guides the company has introduced after returning to physical brochures in response to advisor demand.
“Advisors asked us to bring back print brochures,” said Paul Barry, CEO of Avanti Destinations, in a press statement. “When we visited their offices, advisors showed us their old dog-eared Avanti brochures filled with sticky notes, so we decided to invest in producing these comprehensive print guides.”
QR-Enabled Pricing and Customization
Unlike traditional brochures, the printed guide does not list prices. Instead, each suggested itinerary includes a QR code that links to Avanti’s InstaQuote tool. After entering basic information such as arrival date, room type and hotel category, advisors receive an email proposal within about 90 seconds containing a priced itinerary.
The proposal can then be customized through the Avanti advisor portal, allowing advisors to adjust services, modify hotel room categories and refine air or rail transportation before sharing with clients.
Expanded Europe Product for 2026
For the 2026 travel season, Avanti has significantly expanded its European offerings. Updates in the guide include:
- 113 new customizable vacation packages
- 351 new hotels, primarily four- and five-star properties, including castles, villas and manor houses
- 534 new sightseeing tours and experiences, including new small-group Avanti Insider walking tours in major cities
The guide also introduces new cruise options in the Greek islands aboard ships from Celestyal Cruises. Advisors can now add three-, four- or seven-day cruises to itineraries in Greece or combined Greece-Turkey programs. The brochure also includes new European itineraries to destinations like Italy and Norway.
