The American Queen Steamboat Company announced its holiday voyages aboard the American Queen. The 9-day sailings along the Lower Mississippi River start this Thanksgiving and continue through New Year.
This season, guests can take in the Christmas markets along the river, as well as onboard entertainment, strolling carolers in St. Francisville, and departure serenades from the levees of Vicksburg and Natchez, Mississippi. Holiday sailings aboard the American Queen include the New Orleans to Memphis itinerary Nov. 20- 28, 2016; New Orleans to Memphis Dec. 4-12 and Dec. 18-26, 2016; and Memphis to New Orleans Dec. 11-19, 2016 and Dec. 25-Jan. 2, 2017.
