TTC Tour Brands has rolled out a reworked Groups Program spanning Scheduled Groups, Custom Groups, Small Groups and river cruising, focused on speeding up bookings and adding flexibility across Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Costsaver and Brendan Vacations.

We’ve listened closely to what advisors need most, and these enhancements allow advisors to be more efficient with real-time visibility, faster confirmations and stronger benefits so they can book with confidence, compete on value and deliver experiences their clients will never forget.”
TTC Tour Brands Knows Groups
Custom Groups—unique to TTC Tour Brands—lets clients build tailored itineraries for parties of 15 or more guests, covering multigenerational family reunions, affinity groups and special interest trips. Dedicated Groups Specialists support each booking from planning through departure.
Across the program, booking capabilities and two-way communication have been upgraded to help secure group space faster, and group pricing locks in at the time of reservation. Group benefits can also be combined with eligible in-market offers across the touring portfolio for added value. Scheduled Groups now carries simplified deposit and release timelines.
Of note: A webinar on the changes, titled Group Sales Made Easy with Trafalgar, is set for July 29.
Small Groups now allows holds on parties of nine to 10 guests, with more inventory available on request. Options include a 5 percent group discount, 50 percent off the 10th guest or a free spot for the 18th guest, and Small Groups can be paired with in-market discounts and promotional offers.
Trafalgar River Cruises adds its own groups offering, including stackable offers, group discounts and a new Groups Amenity Points (GAP Points) program redeemable for onboard experiences such as beverage packages, shore excursions and onboard credit. River group benefits also include one complimentary spot for every eight guests on select sailings, flexible group structures and added benefits for 2027 departures.
A river group incentive runs through July, and 2028 river inventory opens in August.
