RDB Hospitality Group Introduces Host Agency Platform for Advisor Growth

RDB Hospitality Group is expanding into the host agency space with the launch of a new platform designed to help independent travel advisors build, manage and grow their businesses.

Rather than focusing solely on accreditation and back-office support, the new platform aims to provide advisors with practical business resources, sales support and networking opportunities to help them attract new clients and strengthen long-term growth.

The platform will support advisors across multiple specialties, including leisure, corporate, entertainment, destination-focused and niche travel markets.

Beyond Traditional Host Agency Support

In addition to operational resources, RDB’s platform offers tools designed to help advisors elevate the client experience and streamline day-to-day business operations.

Among the offerings are in-house overnight and weekend support, expanded training opportunities, concierge and destination management services, hotel greeter services and access to preferred rates through RDB’s hospitality network.

Select advisors will also have access to direct client opportunities and networking events designed to help expand their customer base.

Advisor Growth Remains the Focus

As part of the platform’s long-term strategy, RDB plans to incorporate charitable giving opportunities for advisors and supplier partners through voluntary advisor donations and vendor-supported nonprofit initiatives.

The company also plans to grow its host agency network to 500 affiliated advisors by the end of 2027. Advisors will have the option of choosing between below-market commission structures or monthly membership fee models, allowing them to select the business model that best fits their needs.
