kimkim Rolls Out Co-Branded Itineraries, Advisor-Focused Features

Travel advisor platform kimkim—which delivers highly customized bespoke itineraries through a platform that connects travelers and travel advisors with local destination experts—has introduced co-branded itineraries, expanded educational programming and new client-facing resources as part of the latest enhancements to its Travel Advisor Program. The updates were developed in collaboration with the company’s Travel Advisor Advisory Board and informed by advisor feedback. Since the Travel Advisor Program launched in November, the number of advisors using the platform has more than doubled.

Among the new features is a co-branding option that allows travel advisors to add their agency logo to their kimkim profile. Client-facing itineraries and proposals can now display the advisor’s branding throughout the planning process while continuing to incorporate kimkim’s network of more than 450 destination specialists across more than 90 countries.

“We’ve doubled the number of advisors using our platform in just six months, and one thing has become incredibly clear, they want technology that strengthens their business,” said Kimberly Stirdivant Wason, Director of Travel Advisor Partnerships at kimkim, in a media statement. “These enhancements are a direct result of conversations with our Advisory Board and advisors across the platform. Our goal is to give them the tools they need to deliver a seamless client experience while keeping their own brand front and center.

kimkim is also expanding its advisor education program adding more live webinars. In addition to platform training, the company will continue its Destination Face-Off series, helping advisors confidently recommend destinations based on traveler style and preferences. New educational sessions focused on multi-country itineraries and destination-specific sales strategies will also launch throughout the year. Upcoming topics include Peru vs. Ecuador, Patagonia, the UK & France, Croatia, Japan, and Australia & New Zealand.

Additionally, now advisors can expect a complimentary co-branded photo book with every booking. Previously offered as a limited-time promotion, the keepsake gives advisors another way to stay connected with clients long after their trip has ended.

kimkim is looking to expand its advisor toolkit in the coming months with destination snapshots, sales guides and practical planning resources.
