Seabourn will return to Asia in late 2018 and early 2019 with a schedule of voyages aboard its newest ship, Seabourn Ovation.

From Vietnam and Thailand to Hong Kong and Singapore, Seaborn Ovation’s first season in Asia will feature a variety of destinations and offer a wide range of optional shore excursions, plus pre- and post-cruise Seabourn Journeys to UNESCO World Heritage sites. The ship’s first voyage in Asia will begin in Singapore with a series of five 14-day Vietnam & Thailand sailings departing Dec. 22, 2018; Jan. 19 , Feb. 16, and March 2, 2019. These itineraries will feature an overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s largest city, along with the line’s Caviar in the Surf beach parties at Ko Kood in Thailand, and an extended day at Halong Bay in Vietnam, which allows for optional excursions to the capital city of Hanoi. Departing Feb. 2, 2019, the season will also include a 14-day Gems of the South China Sea voyage from Hong Kong to Singapore, with visits to destinations such as Xiamen, China and an overnight call in Manila, Philippines, where guests will have the opportunity to combine their trip with a Vietnam & Thailand voyage.

Seabourn Ovation will also help guests immerse in the local culture with activities such as Shopping with the Chef excursions and the Seabourn Conversations program, which features special guest speakers like historians and destination experts who provide insight on the region. In addition, Seabourn will offer a number of pre- and post-sailing experiences including UNESCO Treasure of China: Beijing, Xi’an & Hong Kong and UNESCO Cambodia: Phnom Penh & the Temples Of Angkor.
