One of its highlights is a comprehensive training program that allows travel agents to become certified Universal Orlando Resort Specialists. The online program can be completed at agents’ leisure and contains all of the information required for an in-depth understanding of the destination, including its two theme parks, four (soon-to-be-five) onsite hotels, and its world class dining and entertainment options.
