Grande Lakes Orlando—home to The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes—is expanding its lineup of festive experiences for guests.
Spanning 500 acres, the luxury resort destination will debut a new outdoor ice rink alongside the return of its Winter Wonderland Market and other signature holiday offerings.
A New Holiday Tradition: A Winter Ice Rink
Kicking off Nov. 27 through Jan. 3, 2026, Grande Lakes Orlando will welcome guests to glide into the holidays with the launch of the resort’s ice rink, located on The Ritz-Carlton’s Da Vinci Lawn. Open nightly from 5–9 p.m., the rink offers a one-of-a-kind winter experience, complete with nearby fire pits and seasonal small plates—such as baked brie, roasted apple and pumpkin salad, and hearty chili—served from 5–7 p.m. and 8–10 p.m.
Returning Holiday Favorites
The Winter Wonderland Market makes a festive comeback on select dates in December (Dec. 12–13, 19–20, 26–27), transforming the resort into a European-style village complete with artisan crafts, holiday treats, seasonal beverages and hourly snowfall. Other holiday highlights include:
- Santa’s Teddy Bear Tea in The Lobby Lounge, featuring fine teas, festive sweets, live entertainment and a visit from Santa.
- The Gingerbread School, where guests can build edible creations guided by the resort’s pastry chefs.
- Holiday Cocktail Tour, offering a curated tasting of handcrafted holiday drinks.
- Merry & Bright Tree Delight, a special in-room offering delivering a decorated Christmas tree to guest accommodations.
- New Year’s Eve Fireworks & Fizz Celebration in The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge, complete with live music, seafood towers, martinis and Dom Perignon.
