Universal Orlando Resort is kicking off its festive season with destination-wide holiday celebrations, running from Nov. 21, 2025, through Jan. 4, 2026. Guests can experience seasonal decor, themed entertainment and holiday-themed food and merchandise across Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, Universal CityWalk and at all on-site hotels.
From Harry Potter to the Grinch
Visitors can immerse themselves in Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, featuring festive holiday decorations in Hogsmeade, Diagon Alley and the Ministry of Magic at Universal Epic Universe. Seasonal shows include performances by The Frog Choir, Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees and the nighttime projection spectacle, The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle. Guests can also enjoy hot Butterbeer and exclusive holiday merchandise.
Grinchmas in Seuss Landing brings the spirit of Who-ville to life with The Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular stage show, meet-and-greets with The Grinch and whimsical displays, including the new Who-ville Tree Lot.
Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s returns to Universal Studios Florida with holiday floats, giant balloons, appearances from Minions, Shrek, Madagascar characters and culminates with the lighting of the park’s 80-foot Christmas tree. Universal Epic Universe also features seasonal decor and lights in Celestial Park, enhancing the park’s astronomical and mythological-inspired architecture.
Add-On Holiday Experiences
The Universal Holiday Tour offers exclusive experiences, including reserved parade and show seating, meet-and-greets with The Grinch and Santa Claus, cookie decorating and priority access to select attractions. The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast at Islands of Adventure features Seussian-themed dishes and character interactions.
CityWalk and Resort Hotels
Universal CityWalk transforms with the “Mistletoe Pines Ski Lodge” theme, live entertainment and seasonal food and beverages. Guests staying at Universal Orlando hotels can enjoy holiday buffets, tree lightings, menorah ceremonies and carolers.
New Year’s Eve celebrations will take place across Universal Orlando’s parks, CityWalk, and hotels, with details forthcoming. Guests can save up to 30 percent on stays of five nights or more and additional savings when bundling with theme park tickets.
