Air Canada is elevating the travel experience with a range of new product improvements at every point of the customer journey. Travelers can look forward to upgraded dining, more in-flight entertainment connectivity options, elevated premium offerings and so much more.

Travelers who fly Air Canada Signature Class will enjoy a premium end-to-end travel experience. In addition to signature lie-flat pods, dedicated check-in counters and lounge access, the airline recently unveiled its new line of amenity kits in partnership with Acqua di Parma. All Air Canada Signature Class customers on international flights will receive these stylish amenity bags containing Acqua di Parma luxury skincare products plus an oversized eye mask, socks, dental products and earplugs.

New reusable tote bag amenity kits have also been unveiled for overnight North American Signature Class and International Premium Economy customers. The new amenity kits and totes were purposefully designed to significantly minimize single-use plastics.

Additional premium product improvements include enhanced food and beverage offerings in Maple Leaf Lounges across North America, with a curated selection of local and imported wines. Full buffet service has resumed at all hub airports with an increased range of salads and dishes like stir-fries and curries.

Customers departing on international flights from Canada can enjoy elevated Economy Class dining, featuring a hot entree created by renowned Montreal Chef Jérôme Ferrer, in addition to appetizers reflecting local destination cuisine and a separate dessert service. A wider range of healthy dining choices will also be available for Economy Class passengers on flights to North American and Sun destinations, with an expanded Air Canada Bistro menu. The menu will feature returning favorites in addition to new options and vegan choices.

To provide travelers with even more ways to enjoy their flight, Air Canada will be enhancing its in-flight entertainment offerings. Starting in 2023, the airline will unveil access to more than 25 percent additional hours of onboard entertainment content including live TV so customers can watch their favorite sports match or stay on top of the news, Bluetooth audio connectivity, and tail and belly cameras for an outside view throughout the flight. Premium Rouge customers can also now enjoy complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout their fleet, the fastest in-flight WiFi in Canada.

Air Canada offers simple and efficient connections through Canada as customers travel to their final international destination, including same terminal connections and customs pre-clearance.
