Holland America Line has introduced its Save on Sunshine promotion for your client’s winter vacations. The promotion, from July 19 to Aug. 20, 2024, offers discounts on select cruises departing from September 2024 through April 2025. It includes fare reductions of up to 40 percent, complimentary prepaid crew appreciation and 50 percent reduced deposits.
The offer covers itineraries spanning four to 58 days, including destinations such as the Caribbean, Mexico, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Tahiti, the Pacific Coast, South America, Antarctica, Hawaii and the Panama Canal. Holiday cruises are also included in the promotion.
“Soon enough winter weather will have us all dreaming about cruising to warmer destinations, and with the Save on Sunshine offer, travellers can plan a tropical vacation now and take advantage of extra savings and amenities,” said Beth Bodensteiner, chief commercial officer for Holland America Line, in a press statement.

The Save on Sunshine offer can be combined with Holland America’s Have It All premium fare, which provides additional benefits such as shore excursions, a Signature Beverage Package, specialty dining and a Wi-Fi Surf Package.Â

- 21-day Panama Canal cruise on Eurodam, departing Oct. 5, 2024
- 7-day Eastern Caribbean voyage on Nieuw Amsterdam, leaving Nov. 10, 2024
- 11-day Eastern Caribbean Wayfare on Eurodam, starting Nov. 27, 2024
- 9-day Southern Caribbean cruise on Rotterdam, beginning Nov. 29, 2024
- 7-day Western Caribbean Holiday on Nieuw Statendam, commencing Dec. 21, 2024
- 12-day Panama Canal Sunfarer Holiday on Rotterdam, departing Dec. 29, 2024
- 10-day Western Caribbean on Eurodam, setting sail Jan. 8, 2025
- 15-day Panama Canal cruise on Zaandam, launching March 7, 2025
Holland America Line has now included taxes, fees, and port expenses in all cruise fares. Of note: The Save on Sunshine promotion excludes Grand Voyages and cruises lasting three days or less.
