Oceania Cruises has unveiled a new online Travel Advisor Center. Oceania’s new online agent portal has been completely updated and redesigned to easily and efficiently provide travel partners information they need and the tools necessary to provide clients best-in-class service.

“Our travel advisors are valued experts, and we do everything possible to provide them with the most advanced and easiest to use resources in the industry,” says Nikki Upshaw, senior v.p. of sales. “Dedicated entirely to our travel partners, the new Travel Advisor Center allows them to maximize their ability to promote Oceania Cruises, find valuable marketing resources, and recommend the Oceania experience in the most efficient and proficient manner possible.”

Included on the new portal are several sections that include an area to make a new booking or modify an existing reservation. It is here that payments can be added, restaurant reservations made, and shore excursion requested.

The marketing portal is where advisors can order brochures, download the latest marketing materials, and access lifestyle and ship images to enhance their sales efforts. Travel partners will also be able to create a co-branded website in a few easy steps.

A sales tip and training section features business-building tools such as an overview of offers and special programs like OLife Choice and the Oceania Cruises Amenity Partnership Program as well as its Sales Specialist Academy, reservation tools, and details group programs.

Included on the portal is a travel advisor benefit area that features information about its reduced rate travel, its commission program, and its Cruise Connoisseur Club, a recognition program for high-performing travel agencies.
