Margaritaville at Sea has unveiled its new Trade Management Portal, created exclusively for travel advisors as part of the line’s continued investment in the trade sector. Housed within the TradeWins Resource Hub, the platform introduces a suite of advisor-requested tools designed to streamline booking, management, and customization of client sailings with Margaritaville at Sea.
Through the new Trade Management Portal, travel advisors can now:
- View, confirm and modify pending and confirmed reservations
- Add onboard enhancements and upgrade staterooms
- Make payments directly or send secure payment links to clients
- Download client and advisor sailing documents
“This portal is the direct result of listening to our travel partners and investing in the tools they need most,” said Ron Gulaskey, Sr. VP of Sales & Trade Relations at Margaritaville at Sea, in a media statement. “As we grow our fleet and itineraries, we are equally focused on enhancing the resources that empower our advisors. This new system is an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to the trade.”
Other recent enhancements the cruise line has made to support the trade are: expanding the TradeWins Resource Hub with fleet overview sheets, brochures, social media assets, image libraries, and more; monthly webinars; and a more robust trade team.
The sales team, which was appointed earlier this year, is led by Gulaskey and VP of Sales Preston Caddell. Christopher Ivy, CEO of Margaritaville at Sea, noted: “Our relationships with trade partners are a growing priority, especially as we introduce new itineraries and ports of call.
