Luxury all-inclusive resorts continue to make headlines in the premium hotel market, and Hyatt is right on target with its new brand, Impression by Secrets. This is the 10th brand to be added to the Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt.

“The launch of the new Impression by Secrets brand solidifies our leadership as the world’s largest provider of luxury all-inclusive experiences and exemplifies the remarkable depth of our portfolio, which boasts over 120 resorts globally,” said Gonzalo del Peon, group president, global commercial, Inclusive Collection, Hyatt, in a press statement. “With unwavering dedication, we affirm our commitment to meeting the ever-changing needs of valued guests, members, and owners, ensuring a radiant future for the Impression by Secrets brand.”

Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres

The brand’s debut property, the adults-only Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres, opened earlier this month in Mexico with 125 luxury suites that come with butler service and complimentary laundry services, bath amenities by the exclusive Le Labo brand, terrace whirlpools and other high-end touches.

Personalized service is key for this new brand, which focuses on a romantic experience for your clients. The white-glove service begins even before check-in: no ferry service from the mainland for these guests—they’re welcomed by butlers onto a private yacht from Marina Hacienda del Mar, which takes them to the resort’s private pier. The yacht, by the way, comes with a full bar and butler service for the less than half an hour it takes to get there.

The resort is perched on a cliff on the island’s less-visited—and more peaceful—southern end, with jaw-dropping views of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean and sunrises and sunsets that were made for romance. In fact, the resort has a unique wedding gazebo bio-constructed by a local architect, which may help sway clients who are looking for a place to say “I do.”

Other resort amenities include the Pure SPA with touchless therapies—including a Floatarium—a Hamman and six private spa cabins, a fitness center with personal trainers to keep those bodies beach-ready, SUP yoga, snorkeling on the white sand beach, Bali beds and hammocks, an over-the-water lounge, a four-story waterslide and a full roster of activities such as cooking classes, sunset SUP, coffee and wine tastings and more. Of course, the resort has numerous fine-dining restaurants, eight in total, nine bars and lounges, and 24-hour in-room dining. If clients want to explore the island, the resort offers complimentary golf carts and bikes. Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres follows Hyatt’s World of Care ethos and follows sustainable practices.
