Travel advisors, explore Spain on this FAM trip hosted by FAMTrips.travel and allSpain Travel. The trip begins in Madrid and includes visits to Toledo, Seville, Cordoba, and Granada, plus visits to the Alhambra and Generalife gardens, and a trip to Valencia, then ending in Barcelona.

This FAM trip has two departure dates: Oct. 3-12, 2021 and April 21-30, 2022.

Other experiences on this trip include visits to Alcala Street, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza de Espana, Teatro Real, and Parliament while in Madrid. In Cordoba, you’ll visit the Mezquita de Cordoba, one of the largest mosques in the world, go on a walking tour of the ancient Jewish Quarter, and visit the 14th century Synagogue on Calle de los Judios. Then on the way to Sevilla you’ll visit an Andalusian horse farm to see a day of training and breeding. While in Granada, there’s an optional excursion to attend a Flamenco show at The Caves of Sacromente. Valencia, a coastl city, will offer a visit to the City of Arts and Science, and on the way to Barcelona, go on an Orange Tour to learn about the history and evolution of the citrus industry. And finally, while in Barcelona, you’ll get to see Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, and Plaza de Espana, plus walk through the Gothic Quarter and see the famous work of Antonio Gaudi, the unfinished La Sagrada Familia Basilica,  which has been under construction since 1882.

You will experience some of the most famous cities and world heritage sites of Spain during this 9-night. With much of this region having a world heritage going back long before the Roman Empire, and also including its history of Moorish rule, the monuments of Spain are reflections of the diversity of its ancient past.
