Travel advisors interested in exploring two of Cuba’s most popular tourist destinations can head on TWC’s Journey of a Lifetime to Cuba FAM departing this fall.

Taking place Oct. 23-28, 2019, the 6-day Cuba FAM takes travel advisors to Havana, where they’ll spend two nights followed by three nights in the beach city of Varadero. On the first night in Havana, advisors will hop in classic vintage cars for a drive down the Malecon, which runs parallel to the beach and is a favorite gathering spot for locals, before heading down the Paseo del Prado to the Rosalia de Castro Cultural Society, where they’ll be treated to drinks and a live Cuban music show. The schedule for the following day consists of a walking tour through Old Havana, where advisors will start in the outer areas of the Morro Castle and visit the four main plazas of the city and the Museum of General Captains, plus stop by the Handicraft Fair. The group will then have lunch at a local restaurant before the tour continues by bus with stops for photos at the National Capitol, plus a visit to a rum factory, and a tour of Modern Havana that includes a stop at the Plaza de la Revolucion. On day three of the Cuba FAM, advisors will depart for Varadero, where they will spend three nights at the four-star, all-inclusive Blau Varadero. No specific activities are planned for these days so advisors are free to enjoy the beach and hotel amenities on their own. On day six, advisors will depart from Varadero for the airport in Havana.

Rates for this FAM are $1,080 pp dbl with a single supplement available for $440. This rate includes all accommodations, roundtrip airport transfer, the city tour of Havana, a visa, and government hotel taxes.
