To celebrate National Travel Advisor Day, The Travel Institute is offering its Business Writing online learning module to travel advisors free of charge.
The Business Writing Skills module is not typically available outside of the Travel Institute’s Certified Travel Associate (CTA) course, which contains 15 learning modules for travel advisors. Writing skills are one method used by travelers to evaluate a travel professional’s competency, and the module provides advisors at all levels with practical advice on how to sharpen their writing skills. It will be free of charge to travel advisors through May 31, 2021.

The CTA is an advanced designation for experienced advisors, and provides the tools needed to enhance value, grow sales, improve efficiencies and more with professional and practical skills from business ethics, customer-focused selling, interpersonal skills and time management as well as credit card fraud, itinerary planning and selling, world geography, travel insurance and more.
