The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA) will again strengthen its ties with the travel trade through its annual incentive program, Saint Lucia Advisors Months (SLAM). Running from June through November, the program provides special booking incentives along with limited-time offers, added perks and value at hotels, restaurants and attractions across the island.

“This program is one of our most impactful initiatives for deepening engagement with our valued travel partners,” said Louis Lewis, CEO of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority. “By experiencing the destination first-hand, advisors are better equipped to authentically sell Saint Lucia’s unique blend of culture, adventure and hospitality. SLAM strengthens these relationships but also drives meaningful growth for our tourism sector by turning product knowledge into passion and bookings.”

Selling Authentic Saint Lucia

SLAM is designed to immerse participants in authentic Saint Lucian experiences. Through curated land and sea excursions, guided tours and indulgent activities, participants can explore the island’s culture, natural beauty and local lifestyle. The program’s structure allows flexibility to plan visits around individual schedules and personal interests, whether to discover new developments or revisit well-known favorites.

Participants will also take part in a dedicated day of site inspections across Saint Lucia’s award-winning hotels and resorts. The inspections include a look at the island’s newest wellness-focused property, The LifeCo, and the intimate 10-suite enclave La Belle Helene by Windjammer Landing. These visits provide first-hand exposure to a range of accommodations, guestroom options and amenities available to future travelers.

The tourism authority continues to view SLAM as an opportunity to deepen industry engagement by offering practical experiences that reflect what travelers encounter upon arrival. By combining professional development with cultural immersion, SLAM supports destination understanding and informed bookings year after year.

Running through the end of November, Saint Lucia Advisors Months underscore SLTA’s ongoing effort to encourage meaningful trade connections while celebrating the island’s authenticity and hospitality. Each edition offers participants ways to broaden their product knowledge and experience the destination as visitors do—through its cuisine, landscapes and people.
