MSC Cruises has launched a new webinar series for travel advisors designed to teach them how to use MSC Book – MSC Cruises’ online booking system.
MSC Book allows travel advisors to save time by booking online – without having to call in – as well as better manage their business. Key features include making and managing new bookings, requesting group space and utilizing marketing tools to help travel advisors grow their business.
There are 11 sessions in total, with the first webinar beginning Jan. 27, 2021. The webinar series will be recorded for those that can’t attend live.

The first two sessions will present an overview of MSC Book, taking advisors through the different areas of the website and its various tools. Later webinars will focus on subjects such as creating and managing reservations, adding prepaid services, making payments, and requesting confirmations. Lastly, a series of webinars will provide an overview of the platform’s range of marketing tools, and guide advisors on how to use MSC Book’s Build A Flyer Tool and other collateral options.
