Nobu is adding two more hotels to its rapidly expanding portfolio. The hotel and dining brand, in partnership with RCD Hotels, plans to open properties in Orlando and Punta Cana in 2025.

Nobu Hotel Orlando will feature 300 accommodations, including eight villas, as well as 50 residences, a Nobu restaurant and a meeting and events space. The property will be located in the heart of Orlando, within easy access to the city’s theme parks and attractions.

Nobu Hotel Punta Cana will be located on the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic and will feature 200 rooms and suites, 12 villas, a Nobu restaurant, 50 residences and meeting and event spaces. It will be Nobu’s first property in the Caribbean.

As well as the Orlando and Punta Cana properties, Nobu currently has several other hotel projects in the pipeline, including one in Imerovigli on the northeast coast of Santorini that is due to open in July. The others are in Atlanta (opens October), Rome and Marrakech (both open in the fall), Atlantic City (in December), Riyadh (2022), San Sebastiano (spring 2023), Toronto (2023), Sao Paulo, Tel Aviv and Madrid (all 2024) and Hamburg (2025).

Nobu’s collaboration with RCD Hotels began in 2016 with the opening of Nobu Hotel Miami Beach followed by hotels in Los Cabos and Chicago. A second property in Los Cabos, comprising 60 residences situated near the existing Nobu hotel, is due to be completed this year. Other luxury hotels in Nobu’s collection include those in Barcelona, Ibiza Bay, Las Vegas, Malibu, Manila, Marbella, Palo Alto, Warsaw and two in London, one in trendy Shoreditch and the other in Portman Square.
