The newest installment of Eurobound’s Art, Food and Yoga program for small, private groups is made for guests who find that food and wine pair best with some meditative exercise. The Spain Tapas, Art and Yoga group tour melds yoga classes with private tapas and walking tours, visits to the country’s finest museums, and other activities to get guests’ minds and bodies moving.

Twelve nights are split up between Barcelona and Madrid, where guests will spend four nights each, and Granada and Seville, where guests will spend two nights each. Throughout the trip, stirring explorations of each of these cities in Spain are complemented by moments of reflective contemplation during the tour’s seven private yoga classes with an accompanying instructor. Also included in the tour are five lunches and five dinners at local restaurants.

In Barcelona, guests can get to know the region’s food and culture through a visit to the Santa Caterina Food Market and a walking tour of the Gothic Quarter and the Picasso Museum. More art awaits in Madrid, at the Prado, Reina Sofia, and the Sorolla. The tour of Spain includes full-day excursions as well; guests will be transported by coach or rail to Segovia and Montserrat.

During their stay in Granada, guests will enjoy an evening tapas and wine walking tour and try their own hand at creating fine cuisine in a cooking class. Additionally, guests will get the chance to visit the Alhambra on a tour. While their stay in Seville is rounded out with a special dinner and flamenco show, as well as walking tours and a journey through the city by e-bike.

Eat, Meditate, Admire in Spain

“The mix of private touring and the ability to tone with private yoga classes is a winning combination,” emphasized Brigitte Armand, Eurobound president, in a press release statement. With its Spain Tapas, Art and Yoga tour, Eurobound combines indulgence of the mind, as well as the body, to create a balanced experience.
