Evrima, the first vessel from The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, has successfully completed its sea trials. It is due to make its first voyage in August, sailing around the Greek Isles.

The concept behind the yacht was to create an experience that blends “the lifestyle of the resorts of The Ritz-Carlton with the casual freedom of a yachting vacation,” according to a press statement. The intimate size of the 190-meter vessel offers a more residential feel for the 289 passengers staying in one of its 149 suites. Each with its own terrace, suites range in size from 300 square feet to the 1,019 square foot Owner’s Suite

Guests can expect an all-inclusive luxury experience with onboard activities, a personal concierge, onboard gratuities and several dining options, including an à la carte experience designed by Chef Sven Elverfeld from the three Michelin-star restaurant Aqua at The Ritz-Carlton in Wolfsburg. The spa has a sauna, steam room and offers both private as well as al fresco treatments.

Evrima’s maiden voyage around Greece will be followed by cruises to other destinations within the Mediterranean, including Italy, Spain, France and Portugal. In November, the ship will sail from Lisbon to Bridgetown, where it will spend the winter and the first quarter of 2023 sailing around the Caribbean before returning to Europe in the spring.

Ritz-Carlton will add Ilma and Luminara to its fleet in 2024 and 2025, respectively. The vessels are currently being built in the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in France.
