Holland America Line has released its annual Wave Season offer—titled Start Your Journey—featuring more than 500 itineraries worldwide. The promotion includes cruise fare reductions, stateroom upgrades, onboard credits and complimentary rates for children on select departures from summer 2026 through spring 2027.
For those planning ahead, the program covers destinations across Alaska, Europe, the Caribbean, Canada/New England, Mexico, the Panama Canal, Hawaii, South Pacific, Asia, South America and Antarctica, as well as transits along the U.S. Pacific Coast. Alaska Cruisetours, which combine a voyage and an overland segment, remain a key inclusion.

Booking your clients through Start Your Journey means you can secure fares with deposits reduced by 50 percent for the first and second travelers per cabin. Cruise fares reflect as much as a 30 percent discount per day.
Balcony upgrades allow travelers to reserve a verandah stateroom for the price of an ocean-view stateroom, or an ocean-view stateroom for the price of an interior cabin.
For families, children 18 and younger traveling as the third or fourth guests in the same stateroom on select sailings can cruise free, excluding taxes, fees and port charges.
Clients who book by Jan. 31 receive onboard credit based on itinerary length: $100 per person for cruises of 6 to 9 days; $150 for Alaska Cruisetours or cruises of 10 to 20 days; $200 for itineraries of 21 days or longer; and $250 for Legendary Voyages. These amounts can be applied toward specialty dining, spa treatments, excursions, onboard shopping or other services.
