Aurora Expeditions now offers savings up to 40 percent on select Antarctica 2025/26 voyages for a limited time only.
“We are passionate about creating meaningful, responsible travel experiences that connect our guests with the planet’s most awe-inspiring environments,” said Michael Heath, CEO of Aurora Expeditions, in a press statement. “This offer opens the door for more adventurers to witness the magic of Antarctica in an intimate and unforgettable way.”
Aurora in Antarctica
Aurora’s small expedition vessels transport travelers to Antarctic landscapes for a comprehensive expedition experience, featuring expert-led excursions, Zodiac cruises through ice-filled waters, guided hikes on the Antarctic Peninsula and optional activities tailored to various interests and fitness levels. Adventure options include kayaking, paddling, snorkeling, skiing and alpine treks.
Aurora operates three purpose-built expedition ships for these voyages: the Greg Mortimer, the Sylvia Earle and the new Douglas Mawson, scheduled for launch in 2025. Each vessel features the innovative ULSTEIN X-BOW design that enhances stability in rough seas while reducing fuel consumption.
The savings apply to 14 select Antarctica itineraries in the 2025/26 season, with Category B staterooms and above eligible for the discount. Itinerary options include the South Georgia & Antarctic Odyssey, featuring the South Sandwich Islands, which explores wildlife havens and rarely visited volcanic islands. The Antarctic Explorer voyage allows guests to navigate by Zodiac among glaciers and through pack ice, while Across the Antarctic Circle: Fly the Drake appeals to those wanting to maximize time in Antarctica by skipping the Drake Passage.
For clients seeking the ultimate polar adventure, Epic Antarctica: Crossing the 7th Continent offers a rare journey following the routes of historic explorers. Additional options include Wild Antarctica, which ventures into the remote Weddell Sea with its enormous tabular icebergs, and Across the Antarctic Circle, offering travelers the distinction of entering a region few have experienced.
All expeditions include educational presentations from Aurora’s team of polar specialists who share insights on Antarctic wildlife, geology, glaciology and exploration history throughout the journey.
The offer is valid from July 15, 2025, to Aug. 15, 2025, with availability already limited on several departures.
