In an effort to help agents sell more independent travel throughout the year, Avanti Destinations has launched Go365, an informational and marketing campaign.
Featuring 14 air-inclusive fixed Avanti Journeys FIT packages and 43 new customizable land-only FIT itineraries with specially negotiated off-season prices, the Go365 campaign helps travel agents give their clients more options for year-round travel. Avanti Journeys feature fixed itineraries that include roundtrip air from the U.S., hotel accommodations, all land or air transfers between and within the destinations, as well as sightseeing tours, activities and add-on products. There are nine Avanti Journeys to Europe, three to Latin America and two to Asia. Examples of the Avanti Journeys include the 12-day Highlights of Ireland & Britain, the 16-day Andean Experience through Peru, Bolivia and Chile, and the 12-day Past and Present of Japan and Thailand itinerary.
Of the 43 new customizable Go365 itineraries, 27 are in Europe, seven are in Central and South America, and nine take travelers to Asia. All 43 may be customized to add more nights, activities, transfers or destinations. Of the European itineraries, many are built around uniquely winter experiences, such as viewing the Northern Lights, dog-sledding, visiting the Christmas markets, and waltzing in Vienna during the winter ball season. There are 19 single-city “Winter City Break” vacations, including some in less-visited destinations, such as Turin and Zagreb, as well as multi-city itineraries. The seven new Central and South American Go365 itineraries provide warm-weather vacations in the winter, with an emphasis on scenery, beaches, natural wonders, soft adventure and cultural history. Meanwhile, the nine new Asia Go365 itineraries include several tropical beach destinations such as Bali, Thailand and the Philippines; others focus on culture.
As part of the campaign, agents can also earn an additional $100 bonus commission for each Avanti booking of at least $2,500 made now through Aug. 31, 2018 for travel to Europe, Asia and Central and South America between Oct. 1, 2018 and March 31, 2019. The booking does not need to be for a Go365 product to qualify for the bonus.
