Interjet Airlines announced today, daily nonstop service between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Monterey, Mexico’s General Mariano Escobedo International Airport (MTY).
The new service is effective immediately and offers nonstop flights between Los Angeles and Monterey, Mexico.
“Monterey, Mexico is one of the most important business centers in all of Mexico,” said Julio Gamero, Interjet’s CCO in press materials. “We’re delighted to offer nonstop service to our business and leisure travelers along with our unique brand of lower prices with free checked bags on select fares, more legroom between seats and great service that has been embraced everywhere we fly.”
Interjet’s new service between Los Angeles and Monterey, Mexico operates using Airbus A320 aircraft seating 150 passengers. Round trip flights between Los Angeles and Monterey will be available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday with fares starting at $286 taxes included.
