Universal Epic Universe Reveals Mouthwatering F&B Ahead of 2025 Opening

Universal Orlando Resort is revealing its culinary offerings for the much-anticipated new theme park, Universal Epic Universe, which officially opens on Aug. 3, 2025. Universal’s culinary team has crafted over 100 new menu items across the park’s five themed worlds, which in total include 30 diverse dining locations ranging from full-service restaurants to fast-casual eateries.

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the dishes coming to Epic Universe:

Celestial Park: Dining Among the Stars

Celestial Park will offer over 15 dining locations, including The Atlantic, serving up seafood delicacies; The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant, where guests dine under neon-lit dragons; and The Oak & Star Tavern, offering a rustic barbecue experience. Signature dishes include:

  • Sea Bass (Atlantic): Buttery sea bass paired with carrot mochi, sugar snap peas and a lemongrass broth.
  • Tonkotsu Ramen (The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant): Rich pork broth with ramen noodles, chashu pork, tare egg and shiitake mushrooms.
  • Harvest Moon Pizza (Pizza Moon): A vegan dish topped with artichokes, roasted peppers and Castelvetrano olives.
  • Grand Atlantic Martini (Atlantic): A blend of dry gin, aperitif wine and a gilded lemon twist.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter–Ministry of Magic:
A Taste of Wizardry

This all-new addition to the Wizarding World will transport guests to the magical streets of 1920s Paris and the British Ministry of Magic. Guests can indulge in:

  • Butterbeer Crêpe (Café L’air De La Sirène): A magical twist on the classic drink, featuring Butterbeer-infused Bavarian cream, strawberries and shortbread.
