Located just 25 minutes from Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport, the resort is the first property to open in the Punta Cacique luxury community. For travel advisors selling to luxury clients, the resort features 148 guest rooms and 40 suites with views of the dramatic landscapes where forests meet beaches. For clients seeking enhanced experiences, 22 of the suites feature private plunge pools, while all accommodations offer spacious terraces or balconies.

The resort’s architecture, designed by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos of Mexico City, incorporates living rooftops to reduce heat and enhance sustainability. The property holds the Costa Rican Blue Flag award for Playa Penca, recognizing its commitment to environmental preservation. The secluded stretch of beach provides opportunities for swimming, paddleboarding and boating year-round.

The resort features six distinct dining experiences, with Executive Chef Nicolas Piatti and Food and Beverage Director Ana Martinez prioritizing local ingredients from small-scale farmers and nearby plantations. At La Finca, the signature restaurant, dishes blend tradition with innovation through expertly caught seafood and dry-aged, grass-fed beef prepared using time-honored Chorotega harvesting techniques. Tico-Tica offers a relaxed yet sophisticated setting with views of Playa Penca. The all-day dining restaurant centers around an open kitchen, where chefs create menus that transition from day to evening.

Peacock Alley Bar brings the brand’s signature elegance to Costa Rica, serving small plates alongside cocktails made with local ingredients. Additional options include Buena Nota Bakery & Coffee Shop, which serves fresh tropical treats and artisan coffee from top Costa Rican regions. Also, try Copo y Cono Ice Cream Shop for locally flavored ice creams. Vida Pool & Grill offers Latin-inspired coastal cuisine.

The 17,000-square-foot spa draws on the healing traditions of the indigenous Chorotega people—treatments incorporate volcanic clay, minerals, cacao and native botanicals. The facility includes 11 treatment rooms, pre- and post-treatment lounges, saunas, steam rooms and a jacuzzi. Wellness offerings extend beyond the spa, featuring a fully equipped fitness center, an open-air yoga studio, guided meditation and various movement classes.

Families benefit from dedicated Kids Club and Teens Club facilities.
