Regent Seven Seas Cruises has created Regent Connect, an end-to-end content co-branding solution designed to supercharge travel advisor marketing and sales efforts.

The Seven Seas Mariner.

Regent Connect’s co-branding solution is a first for the cruise industry, opening up a world of possibilities for our valued Travel Advisor community to deliver luxury-caliber personalization to their guests,” said Shawn Tubman, SVP Sales for Regent Seven Seas Cruises in a media announcement. “When we launched Regent Elevate, our new Travel Partner program, we promised industry-leading support for the travel trade, and Regent Connect demonstrates that we are fully committed to this pledge.”

Complimentary for agents to use, the new service consists of two interconnected parts—instantly co-brandable “content experiences” that advisors can use to inspire and stay in touch with clients and a co-branded Regent website to drive conversion. Clients can click through to the co-branded website to view real-time access to cruise availability, pricing and calls to action that drive leads directly to the travel advisor. Unlike other co-branding solutions, there are no obstacles to getting started, no long registration forms, no passwords to remember, no waiting for approval—advisors simply enter an email address.

Regent’s New Service Improves Agent-Client Interaction

The new service is powered by technology from Approach Guides, the leading content optimization platform for travel brands, and is the result of a long-term ongoing collaboration focused on championing best-in-class, innovative and easy-to-use applications for travel advisors that elevate their personal interactions with luxury clients.

A recent trial of Regent Connect was met with a favorable response from a number of the cruise line’s travel partners, who noted that it “eliminated unnecessary business work” and was “personalized, sophisticated and looked great.”
